Account deletion
Harpa Pro users can request deletion of their account and associated personal app data even if they no longer have the app installed.
Delete your account in the app
If you have access to the Harpa Pro app, go to Profile > Account Details > Delete account and follow the prompts.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the app, email [email protected] from the email address used for your Harpa Pro account. Include that you want your Harpa Pro account deleted. We may ask for additional information if needed to verify account ownership.
What deletion covers
Account deletion covers the authentication account and associated personal app data and content where applicable, including projects, reports, notes, uploaded files, and generated report content tied to the account.
Some records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, audit purposes, dispute handling, or backup retention. Backup copies are removed or overwritten on the normal backup rotation schedule.
