Harpa Pro
Site Reporting Roadmap

Current and Planned Capabilities

Harpa Pro turns site updates into daily reports. Planned work will use the same captures for materials, equipment, people, costs, and cross-project insights. Priorities may change as we learn from project teams.

Current Reporting Workflow

Harpa Pro focuses on one job: turning field captures into daily site reports.

AI-Generated Daily Site Reports

Harpa Pro turns voice notes, photos, and text updates into a structured draft. Review and finalize the report before sharing it. Planned capabilities will use the same field records.

Planned

Planned Capability Areas

Planned features will reuse field captures so crews do not have to record the same work twice.

Android Pilot

The planned Android version will let crews use Harpa Pro on Android phones.

Materials Capture

Capture delivery quantities, units, and suppliers from a ticket photo or voice note. This data will support inventory tracking.

Full Offline Mode

The planned offline mode will support report history, draft editing, report generation, and export without a network connection. The current app requires mobile data or Wi-Fi.

Inventory Management

Use daily material movements to calculate stock by site and store. Check available stock before placing another order.

Equipment Tracking

Daily reports will record the location, status, and service due dates of plant and tools. This avoids a separate equipment ledger.

People Management

Use daily reports to record crew rosters, headcounts, and hours. These records will support timesheets and labour costs.

Money Management

Link materials, equipment, and labour to the budget and costs for each project.

Insights for the Office

Summarize progress, materials, equipment, people, and costs across projects. Use data already recorded by site teams.

Web App for the Office

Project managers and administrators will be able to review reports, manage projects, and export files in a web browser.

Harpa Pro is available on the App Store. The guides explain the current site reporting workflow.
